Dr. Christoffel Piesporter Michelsberg Kabinett
Germans, as everyone knows, are vary precise in most everything they do. This definitely extends to winemaking. One of the first things learned, when studying wines, is that Germany has probably the highest quality level of any wine producing country. This wine is no exception to that rule. It exhibits all the positive characteristics of a well-made Riesling. Fresh, with balanced acidity, the sweetness level is exactly where it should be for a Kabinett.
Almost everyone will enjoy this wine. Beginning wine drinkers will adore it and seasoned tasters will appreciate it for its' purity and roundness. Serve it as an aperitif, with salads, or with a host of main dishes. It will go exceptionally well with Thai cuisine, or any other spicy entree. It's hard to find a wine that will please everyone, but this one comes close.
